Depends on what were talking about, if its an "if you were in his position" situation i would say no, tranquiltiy is something a city is devoid of and the personal comforts are ones that matter, but all in all it depends on the given situation

Not if I knew it would be luxury apartments no! If, on the other hand I knew it would stay a nursing home, I would probably get it, and then allow the home to stay, but build my own little wing, so I had somewhere decent to live, saving the rest for giving to charity when I die (at his age, I am not so sure it's easy to spend that kinda cash).
