This poll is difficult as I don't think either of them are fully plausible (especially being a fan of both). From a more analytical perspective, I'd say the technology and science in Star Trek with the social and political systems of Star Wars. Think of it like the logic of Star Trek, but the grittiness & dirtiness of Star Wars.
I voted Star Trek, less for the societal aspect and more for the technological aspect...I dunno how, but it seems like the technology they use (at least in the recent versions) would follow more after the design trends of what we see today than Star Wars might. I really don't see the ugly, blocky, gray/brown spaceships of Star Wars in our future, somehow. (That's not to say I'm not a fan of Star Wars more than Star Trek, though. xD)
Well, the concept of Star Wars is that it's actually an ancient civilization that just happens to have a lot of cool technology, ancient not including Earth.
Star Trek of those two, but to be honest, I'm a tiny bit biased towards going with a third option, Stargate. Might be because you actually see everything from where we are now to when we're the dominant race in multiple galaxies. Then again, the premise is a bit unlikely.
