I can't believe another year has gone by so quickly!

Sorry i haven't submitted anything new in a while, i am currently doing lots of new and very detailed research on various aspects of the physical world, its amazing how much one has to learn about to make proper 3D scenes..

.. and a quick question for all of you while i am on, anyone else here on STO?

After downloading rename the parts as follows:

Part 1of3: "Time machine model.RAR"
Part 2of3: "Time machine model.002"
Part 3of3: "Time machine model.003"

(The name can be anything but the extension is key, this is necessary because DA renames uploads to suit its own needs)

After renaming, place all files in the same folder, simply extract the (OBJ) file as normal from the first file.

Model is ideal for educational use, great for practising texture mapping of Wood, Glass, and Metals as well as for fun with light and Caustics.

You can submit finished renders of this but don't re share the model it itself anywhere, if you think your version is worth sharing contact me directly and i will see about sharing it here instead.

Can someone tell me if this is an "official" poster and not fan art, as it looks like a genuine movie poster yet contains my Horizon image (yet again) in the background.

....and I didn't even know!! All the way back in 2010 in fact, It took me all this time find out because no one notified me, or even bothered crediting.

I can just imagine him sitting in front of powerpoint working away at his presentation, but then again someone more than likely prepared it for him.

I almost forgot, yesterday was in fact my 10Th DA Birthday!

Thanks to all of you that have supported me over this past decade, and thanks also to ALL the DA Admins (past and present) for making such a wonderful place that one would want to 'stick around' for such a long time.  

For what its worth i have no plans of leaving any time soon, in fact i am ramping up my submissions and increasing the general amount of energy i put in to the site, as i make my transition from being a mostly 2D digital painter, to a 3D artist.

Here's to the next decade, whatever it may bring...
