Second Voyager light test, this time with some motion blur added to the mix, i set up a 3d rig for some star trek voyager wallpapers i am doing, this is an early render, hope you like it.
A test of Global illumination, ray traced shadows, and overall light balance.
Background work done with photoshop as usual.
Voyager modeled by: Flat Eric (flat_eric@hotmail.it) www.gepinformatica.it/lucas

I guess so though my passion for it only goes as far as trek general knowledge, and never in to costume or to a convention etc, not that i have any problems with that, which is no doubt great fun.
Your right off course, to be honest like i said in the description this was more a test of the whole rig that i will be using to make more detailed wallpapers, it wasn't really meant to be all that accurate, i like the fact that people notice though, it means there plenty of trekkies around which is always a good thing.
