Great work! It would be awesome to see you extend the series by doing the moons of the Gas Giants.

Jupiter and it's moon Io have been my favourite extra-terrestrial bodies for many years. Mainly because Io another geologically active body in the solar system, aside from Earth and Saturn's moon Triton (I'm a geology/seismics fundie). This is just gorgeous. I'm using this one on my Mac and Earth and Mercury on my work PC's. Now if only I could talk my boss into letting me put two on the Tsunami screens, I'd be a happy girl. Awesome work :)

it's a great idea to make something like this for all planets in solar system.
the only thing that bugs me about this piece is the absence of moon Europa! I wish it was also in the scene. because it's the most beatiful planet i've ever seen.. ;)
Great job :)

Brilliant, simply brilliant.

As artists we seek to educate, to inspire conversation, to instill a thirst for knowledge.

As scientists, and those of the "learned ilk," we seek to stimulate, and inspire.

It is work like yours that furthers that "building we would construct" to benefit society.

Bravo, and well done...
