I realy like this, its very original, and interesting. One thing I dont like so much is that the hole thing has a blue shade except for that big star in the middle, where it seems as though the blue just stops emediatly.
And one again the beauty of the universe is compared to that of earth, and the true victor is man, and the more specific winner of that contest is hammy, who makes some of the most visionary and amazingly beautiful pictures I've ever seen. ever.
Thank you for this, it brings back memories of my childhood colorado visits, and inspires me to go into the open ocean, to see such sights in the sky.
not so impressed. I have seen you do such better work with textures. were the cliffs supposed to look flat?
you did the sky amazingly as always. the colors in the fore and mid ground are very nice as well. The land and water is well done. The spire in the foreground is acctually well textured now that i look back, but the mid ground cliffs really bother me.
whoa....... One more awesome picture like that and I'll really have a heart-attack The effects are amazing. Fortunatly I didnt have to adjust my monitor to see it...it is one jaw-droppingly awesome work! +fav
amazing..that is terragen right? seems like a fog brushing on top..great blend with space and atmosphere is really admiriable. But, where the water ends, is that a waterfall? cause it's cut too short for to look like the horizon in my eyes..anyway anyhow, super scenery and great job
interesting concept and its done very well.
there would be a slight reflection of light on the ice right below the star though, just to give an added emphasis. (similar to water)
Smaller stars would also have a nice reflection too. Something else to consider.
Whoa. this is absolutly beautiful dude, the stars are wonderful. not so clustered which is perfect you got a awesome spread out and isolated feel to them. What im really loving about this piece is then land and even better the water and waves. I ashume the was rendered not a photo manip. The touching to the waves, how soft and foamy they're is brilliant. over all its a fantastic view. Very romantic too
is that based on a TG render (and then photoshopped the hell out of it)? The shoreline looks "familiar"
But even if, you still added a whole lot to it, fantastic piece the slight blur doesn't look like "low quality", one can see there is ("was") a lot of detail. Only one thing looks odd, that bright star, too much contrast to the rest of the picture, and the small stars surrounding it look like JPEG artifacts somehow... (and shouldn't a star that bright "blend out" the small stars directly around it?)
