I was recently asked for permission for this to be used by the British National Science-Fiction Convention [link]

So I decided to update the image somewhat, here is the result i hope those of you who have seen the original before don't mind me posting this again.

So nice. I think it would make a great dual-screen wallpaper by turning it horizontally. Do you have it in a higher res? Say 2560x1024. ^^

Pretty decent man. Tho I don't find the nebule to be one of your better ones and also the starfield feels a bit too monotone, as in the original version.
Colorscheme is neat tho.
Perhaps you should've worked a bit more on this one to get it better.

I'll also add to that though, I can see some nice depth being built up in there that makes it a little less flat than the original, I would just suggest working on the greyed out parts some more to work out that depth further, if you feel like it. Otherwise it's still nice.
